Here's how we'll work together — written plainly, on purpose. Read it, and if it's right, sign at the bottom to begin.
Cortext will design, build, and operate an AI assistant for RV Lock — working team by team, from discovery through ongoing improvement.
$6,000 per month, flat. It covers everything Cortext does: discovery, the build, and the continuing work of adding skills and helpers each month.
Software, model usage, and any hardware are billed separately, at cost. These vary by where RV Lock chooses to host the system.
Month to month. Either side may end the engagement with 30 days' written notice. No long-term lock-in.
RV Lock owns its data and the knowledge built from it. Cortext keeps its own methods, templates, and tooling.
Each side keeps the other's confidential information private — during the engagement and after it ends.
AI assistants can produce answers that are incomplete or incorrect. Everything the assistant produces must be reviewed by a person before it is relied on or acted upon. Cortext is not responsible for decisions or actions taken on unverified output.
RV Lock is responsible for maintaining its own backups. Cortext takes reasonable care, but is not responsible for any loss, corruption, or deletion of data.
Cortext provides the service in good faith and is not liable for any damages — direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — arising from the assistant or this engagement. RV Lock uses the system at its own discretion and risk.
Work begins with a two-week discovery, starting the week this agreement is signed.
Electronic signature. Typing your name and checking the box above is your agreement to these terms, recorded with the date. A copy is sent to you and to Cortext.
